3️⃣ Design Process (1-4 weeks) - Our designer will craft an initial design within a week. Depending on revisions, finalizing your perfect piece can take up to 3-4 weeks.

4️⃣ Handcrafting (4-6 weeks) - This is where the magic happens! Our skilled artisans bring your design to life, meticulously shaping every detail by hand.

5️⃣ Quality Check & Final Confirmation – Before shipping, our Quality Control team ensures perfection, and we’ll do a final check-in with you.

From start to finish, the process typically takes 2-3 months - but trust us, when you finally hold your custom treasure in your hands, you’ll know it was worth every second!

Because each piece is custom-designed and handcrafted just for you, all sales are final once production begins. However, we want you to absolutely love your jewelry, so here’s how we ensure your satisfaction:

🔹 Design Approval: Before we begin crafting, you'll have multiple opportunities to review and approve the final design. We’ll work closely with you to ensure it’s exactly what you envisioned.

🔹 Quality Guarantee: If there’s a craftsmanship issue or defect upon arrival, let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll repair or remake the piece at no cost to you.

🔹 Modification Requests: If you need a small adjustment (e.g., chain length, engraving correction), reach out before the final confirmation and we’ll do our best to accommodate for a reasonable fee.
